I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with a passion for helping women create healthier, more balanced lives through simple, sustainable habits.
I created Berry Bien to make women's wellness feel simpler, more approachable, and uniquely their own. Through personalized coaching, wholesome recipes, and practical lifestyle guidance, my goal is to help you build healthy habits that feel authentic and actually fit your real life.
I'm originally from Ohio and proud to call North Carolina home for the past decade. When I'm not coaching or creating recipes, you'll usually find me walking with my pup Captain, enjoying an iced coffee, spending time on Lake Norman with my husband, reading a good book or planning our next adventure.
For years, I thought feeling tired, stressed, bloated, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my health was simply part of getting older. I spent countless hours researching, trying different diets and wellness trends, and wondering why nothing ever seemed to stick. No matter how much effort I put into taking care of myself, I still didn't feel like me. If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone.
Everything changed when I stopped chasing quick fixes and started looking at my health more holistically. I discovered how nutrition, stress management, movement, sleep, and mindset all work together, and that small, sustainable changes often create the biggest transformations. That's when I realized wellness isn't meant to be another phase or diet to follow. It's a lifestyle you build one habit at a time. After all, your health is for life, not just a season.
That journey eventually led me to become a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Today, I'm passionate about helping women, just like I once was, take control of their health through an approach that feels supportive, realistic, and uniquely their own.
Somewhere along the way, my kitchen became one of my favorite places. Cooking transformed from something I had to do into something I genuinely looked forward to. Creating simple, nourishing recipes became another way to care for myself—and now it's one of my favorite ways to care for others, too.
Wherever you're starting, I'm so glad you're here. I'd love to help you build a healthier life that feels good and is truly authentic to you.
